To further enhance her expertise, Joy pursued additional education at esteemed institutions. She obtained diplomas in Mediation and Change Management from the prestigious London School of Mediation, equipping her with valuable skills in conflict resolution and navigating organizational transformations. Additionally, she earned an MBA from the esteemed Paris School of Business, expanding her knowledge in strategic management and business leadership.

Over the course of her remarkable career spanning more than two decades, Joy Payi has been at the forefront of Project Management, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Management Consulting. She has held key leadership roles in prominent companies such as Ipas South Africa, Kwande Petroleum, and Lorreli Holdings, where she has demonstrated her exceptional skills in driving organizational growth and making a positive impact on society.

Joy's passion for giving back to society has culminated in her latest initiative, Aadya, a CSR management firm. Aadya represents the synthesis of Joy's lifelong ambition to make a meaningful difference in underrepresented communities, her outstanding academic achievements, and her wealth of experience in various domains. Through Aadya, Joy utilizes her impressive skillset to assist organizations in creating sustainable and measurable social impact.
